Shut down the PC, switch off the power supply rocker switch (O), and unplug the AC power cord from the wall. Press and hold the chassis power button for 5 seconds while unplugged to drain all residual capacitor energy before touching any internal hardware.
Test RAM with 1 stick at a time to find the defective module
Turn off PC and unplug power. Remove all sticks except 1 stick in slot 2 (A2). Use PC. If stable, swap in the second stick. A single bad memory chip on a stick will trigger random page fault crashes.
Disable aggressive RAM XMP / EXPO overclock in BIOS
Reboot into setup (tap Del/F2). Disable XMP or set DRAM Frequency to JEDEC base spec (2133MHz or 4800MHz). If the blue screens stop, your memory controller requires slightly higher SoC voltage or updated microcode.
Run check disk with bad sector recovery
Open Command Prompt as Administrator. Type: 'chkdsk C: /f /r' and press Enter. Type 'Y' to schedule disk check on next restart. Reboot PC.
