Negative case pressure suffocating graphics card and pulling dust
Case fans are configured with more exhaust than intake (or all fans blowing out), starving the of fresh cool air and sucking dust through unfiltered seams.
Internal desktop parts run on harmless 12V DC voltage and cannot shock you. Simply unplug the wall power cable first, then touch the unpainted metal case frame to ground static electricity.

Remember the PC rule: 'Air flows towards the cross bracket / sticker'. Ensure front and bottom fans face inward (intake), while rear and top fans blow outward (exhaust).
Ensure positive or neutral air pressure balance
Configure intake fans to provide slightly higher CFM than exhaust fans (e.g., 3 front intake fans and 1 rear + 1 top exhaust fan).
Remove decorative solid front glass/plastic panels
Cases with solid glass front panels restrict intake airflow to tiny side slits. Upgrade to a mesh front panel or remove front bezel to verify temperature impact.
Install bottom intake fans beneath GPU
If your case has bottom shroud fan mounts, install intake fans blowing directly into the cooling fans.
