The Windows memory manager encountered severe corruption in its internal page translation tables or physical memory structures.
Internal desktop parts run on harmless 12V DC voltage and cannot shock you. Simply unplug the wall power cable first, then touch the unpainted metal case frame to ground static electricity.

Shut down the PC, switch off the power supply rocker switch (O), and unplug the AC power cord from the wall. Press and hold the chassis power button for 5 seconds while unplugged to drain all residual capacitor energy before touching any internal hardware.
Test RAM with MemTest86
Boot to a MemTest86 flash drive and run a minimum of 4 passes. Any red errors indicate a defective physical stick that must be replaced.
Disable XMP/EXPO memory profiles in BIOS
High-frequency DDR4 (3600MHz+) and DDR5 (6000MHz+) overclock profiles can destabilize the integrated memory controller (IMC). Run at stock JEDEC speeds to test.
Reseat RAM sticks in slots A2 and B2
Ensure modules are installed in the second and fourth slots from the CPU socket, and contacts are free of dust. Press firmly on both ends until the retention latches snap shut with an audible click.
Run System File Checker
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run 'sfc /scannow' to fix system files corrupted by memory write errors.
