High GPU hotspot delta (>30°C difference between core and hotspot)

Thermal paste pump-out or uneven mounting bracket pressure causes the hotspot (junction) to hit 105°C+ while the core reports a deceptive 65°C.

Don't Panic: Safe & Shock-Free
