DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (0x000000C4) Windows Driver Verifier boot loop
PC is stuck in an infinite blue screen restart loop after running Windows Driver Verifier tool (verifier.exe).
Internal desktop parts run on harmless 12V DC voltage and cannot shock you. Simply unplug the wall power cable first, then touch the unpainted metal case frame to ground static electricity.

Interactive Fix Checklist

Force power off PC twice during Windows logo boot until 'Automatic Repair' appears. Click Advanced options -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Startup Settings -> Restart -> press 4 for Safe Mode.
Reset and disable Driver Verifier completely
Once in Safe Mode, press Win+X -> Command Prompt (Admin). Type: 'verifier /reset' and hit Enter. Verify output says 'No settings were changed' or 'Settings were reset'.
Delete verifier registry keys if reset command fails
In Admin Command Prompt, run: 'reg delete "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management" /v VerifyDrivers /f' and 'reg delete "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management" /v VerifyDriverLevel /f'. Reboot PC.
