For Intel systems, download the 'Intel Management Engine Interface' driver package to resolve the 'PCI Simple Communications Controller' error.
Install Intel Serial IO drivers
Download the Intel Serial IO driver installer to enable I2C, SPI, and UART system controllers.
Verify all yellow exclamation marks disappear in Device Manager
Reboot after running the chipset installer and ensure the 'Other devices' category in Device Manager is empty.
